We're Built from the Ground Down

Eleven years ago, a small group of friends decided to change careers and follow our new passion: We wanted to Build!

Starting small and working hard, we became a team of general contractors, sharing knowledge, perfecting our skills, building everything from kitchens and bathrooms to decks, house-lifts and beyond!

Our specialty has always been old homes in the Seattle area, part of which has been a tremendous amount of basement remodels.

Recently, we have decided to start a company that specializes in all aspects of basement remodels.

Although the company name and concept is new, we have been building to this moment for a long time.

Seattle Basement Remodel is a seasoned team of designers, builders and engineers, dedicated to transforming your older Seattle house into the refined home you always dreamed it could be.
